Job Summary
This role involves providing a caring and compassionate service to individuals who are 'At risk of developing psychosis.'
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing assessments with individuals using specialized assessment tools, holding a caseload of people who fit within the At Risk Mental State (ARMS) and recognizing when individuals have exceeded the criteria of the service.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team.
As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will work closely with our experienced nurses, support workers, CBT therapists, and psychologists to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a caring and compassionate service for people who are 'At risk of developing psychosis.'
- Complete assessments with individuals using specialized assessment tools.
- Hold a caseload of people who fit within the At Risk Mental State (ARMS).
- Recognize when individuals have exceeded the criteria of the service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse or Professional Registration.
- Membership of a professional body.
- Suitable experience in current role Ward/Community.
- Access to own vehicle and driving licence.
