Description of the Role
The Clinical Lead Mental Health and Deputy Head of Healthcare will be responsible for leading the clinical team to deliver high-quality care to residents with dementia, residential, and nursing needs.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health and will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of patient care are met, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires an individual with excellent leadership and communication skills to lead and manage a team of qualified healthcare professionals.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
