Job Opportunity: Senior Nursing Role

This is a unique chance to join our team as a senior nurse specialist, providing expert clinical leadership in adult acute mental health services. Our new purpose-built facility at the Derwent Unit will offer an 18-bedded unit focused on therapeutic interventions, with a strong emphasis on MDT working, trauma-informed care, and sensory awareness.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring evidence-based practice, monitoring standards of care, and participating in the Bleep Holder rota. You will also have opportunities to work closely with colleagues from different professional backgrounds and contribute to service development and management.
