About the Role: As a Therapist, you will provide evidence-based mental health services to residents at the Bon Air Juvenile Correctional Center. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver individual, group, and family psychotherapies to promote well-being, rehabilitation, and reduce recidivism rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct clinical services to youth requiring individual, group, and family psychotherapies
  • Work with multiple disciplines to establish and maintain a therapeutic milieu for residents
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each resident's needs

Requirements:

  • Considerable knowledge in delivering evidence-based treatment services/psychotherapy to adolescents
  • Experience in individual, family, and/or group therapy
  • Skilled in working within a multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
