Virginia Tax Auditor

We are seeking a Tax Auditor to conduct audits on businesses to determine their compliance with Virginia state tax laws. This position requires a high level of expertise in accounting and auditing principles, as well as proficiency in using electronic data systems.
The successful candidate will have experience working remotely from home, as well as on-site at business locations. A valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and ability to travel during the day and occasionally overnight are also required.
This role offers an estimated annual salary range of $55,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include job stability, flexible schedule options, comprehensive health insurance, participation in the Virginia Retirement System, and other perks.
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must currently reside in one of the designated Central Virginia areas. Relevant skills and experience will be taken into consideration.
