**Job Description:** Teaching Support Specialist

LTF Recruitment is currently seeking a talented Teaching Support Specialist to join our team. As a Teaching Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting teaching and learning in a special educational needs setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs.
  • Assist teaching staff in the classroom, providing one-on-one support to students as needed.
  • Help students with homework and other academic tasks, providing guidance and support when necessary.

Essential Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in education or a related field (e.g., BSc in Education, PGCE).
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position also comes with benefits such as competitive salary, pension scheme, life assurance, and professional development opportunities.
