Role Overview

KPI Recruiting Careers is seeking a highly motivated and organised Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs in a challenging but rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with students in small groups at a Pupil Referral Unit and on a 1:1 basis, often travelling to students' homes to deliver personalised lessons.
  • Manage your own schedule to ensure each student receives the support they need to re-engage with their learning.
  • Support students who have been excluded from mainstream schools due to behavioural or other complex issues.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Have access to a car and a full UK driving licence.
  • Be passionate about inclusive education and highly organised, self-motivated, and able to structure your own day.
