About the RoleAs an Autism Practitioner Specialist Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized support and care to individuals on the autism spectrum. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management;
- Providing emotional support and guidance to help individuals manage challenging behaviors;
- Developing and implementing tailored support plans to meet the unique needs of each individual;
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals, therapists, and other support staff, to ensure that each individual receives comprehensive and coordinated care.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is £8 per hour, with opportunities for career progression and overtime pay at £13 per hour. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:
