Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer - Property Services

About the Role:
RGB Recruitment is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for planned and project works in Painting, Roofing, Flooring, Passive and Active Fire Protection, Kitchen and Bathroom Replacements across various sectors including Social Housing, Defence, Local Authority, Healthcare, Education, Retail and Leisure, Commercial and Industrial.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Complaints and issue resolution
Delivery of customer survey process via door-to-door surveys and telephone surveys
Log and update Quality Plans that are sent to clients
Aid with administration duties in relation to the project
Support with Community Projects
IT Skills/Understanding of EXCEL and WORD
Minimum GCSE English and Maths at Grade C (or equivalent)
