Legal Administrator Position

A top law firm in Truro is seeking a skilled Legal Administrator to join their Real Estate department. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience working within a law firm at secretarial level, preferably in a property department. The successful candidate will have experience with the Land Registry Portal and Stamp Duty Land Tax submissions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client liaison and communication
- Typing and digital dictation
- Drafting of letters and emails
- Diary management for fee earners
- General administrative and secretarial duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a legal secretary
- Competence with the Land Registry portal
- Experience of handling SDLT submissions
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive and fast-paced approach
