About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our Therapy Services team, working closely with our staff to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Therapy Services team, including reception and appointment services, registration routines, and telephone calls.
- Log patient referral letters onto the scheduling system, carry out referral actions, and make walk-in appointments.
- Answer the appointments hotline and deal with telephone calls appropriately, including message taking and forwarding.
Requirements
- Good general level of education to standard or equivalent.
- Computer literate to ECDL standard or equivalent.
- NHS experience is desirable.
