Job Title: Customer Support Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Administrator to join our team at the Canal & River Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely communication to customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and social media.
- Coordinate the organization of events and functions within the waterway, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
- Provide administrative support to the waterway team, including managing post, booking meetings, and organizing occupational health visits.
- Produce accurate and clearly presented reports to support business needs.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized systems of records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
- Utilize SAP to provide financial and administrative services to the waterway, ensuring effective ordering of materials and supplies.
- Support the effective running of welcome stations around the waterway, ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Display the Trust values and behaviors at all times, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
About You:
- NVQ Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent.
- GCSE in Maths and English.
- Experience in customer service, administration, and SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Confident in the use of MS Office software, with a strong attention to detail.
