As a Service Planner, you'll play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our CSC activities, ensuring seamless interactions with customers and internal stakeholders. Main responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaising with Depots, ASCs, and the Central Service team to manage on-call and service contracts, ensuring efficient day-to-day tasks are completed.
  • Managing and controlling the maintenance service contract process, schedules, and respective administration or documentation.
  • Coordinating with Depots to manage local inventory, parts required for service appointments, and ensuring effective dispatching of engineers.
  • Creating quotes, estimates, and invoices for chargeable work, and assisting in managing profitability and costs for depot operations.
  • Providing technical support and adhering to company processes and procedures, while maintaining a safe working environment.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • GCSE level education.
  • Demonstrable experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • SAP system knowledge is a plus, but not essential.
  • Excellent IT skills and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in interfacing with customers, other departments, and stakeholders, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong team player with flexibility in tasks performed and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
