Job Title: Customer Support Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Administrator to join our team at the Canal & River Trust. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely communication to customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and social media.
  • Coordinate the organization of events and functions within the waterway, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
  • Provide administrative support to the waterway team, including managing post, booking meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Produce high-quality reports that support business needs and maintain accurate and well-organized systems of records.
  • Utilize SAP to provide financial and administrative services to the waterway, ensuring effective ordering of materials and supplies.
  • Support the effective running of welcome stations around the waterway, ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Display the Trust's values and behaviors at all times, promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of Trust life.

About You:

  • NVQ Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent.
  • GCSE in Maths and English.
  • Some knowledge of working safely.
  • Some budget management experience.
  • Some experience in SAP.
  • Proven experience in customer service and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.
