Our world is constantly changing, and we need a Sales Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the front line activities of the Operations department at our Ellesmere site.

We're looking for a Sales Administrator who will be responsible for liaising with customers and our internal sales teams to provide a consistently high level of service and be able to respond and adapt in a demanding commercial environment.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Hiab Sales Team and Dealers with order processing
  • Providing product quotations to the Hiab Sales Team and Dealers
  • Assisting with the Hiab pricing and margin control
  • Assisting with administration of Individual Vehicle Agreements
  • Preparing and sending order acknowledgements to customers
  • Responsible for progress chasing
  • Acting as a FSCM dispute processor
  • SAP vendor/customer/part number creator
  • Purchasing and Invoicing
  • Observing all safety procedures and instructions and assisting in maintaining a safe working environment

What you'll need to succeed:

  • GCSE Level
  • Have demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service, working in a fast-paced commercial environment in an administrative role
  • SAP system knowledge would be preferable but is not essential
  • Possess good I.T. skills, including MS Office
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be confident and comfortable interfacing with other departments and stakeholders
  • Be self-motivated, capable of working under pressure, and able to operate with minimal supervision
  • Be a good team player and flexible with regards to tasks performed
  • Travel may be required upon occasion to other sites
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
