Your primary objectives will be to enthusiastically convey the brand's passion to the sales team, support the day-to-day store operations, and drive sales through product knowledge and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management: Lead the sales team with enthusiasm and passion, supporting the Store Manager in their development and growth.
  2. Sales: Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve commercial targets and KPIs, engaging the sales team through action plans and ensuring a strong brand image throughout the sales process.
  3. Customer Experience: Create a loyal customer base by focusing on every detail, delivering exceptional service and quality.
  4. Store Operations: Ensure compliance with procedures, managing stock, cash registers, daily reports, and team schedules efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration and Management (desired).
  • Fashion retail experience, minimum two years.
