ERP Functional Support Senior Officer

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing frontline support for Unit4 system administration and functional configuration, as well as maintenance and administration of system settings and attributes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Co-ordinate delivery of incident testing and resolution.
  2. Monitoring system performance and resolving/supporting defect calls.
  3. Supporting the implementation of system maintenance updates and investigating/troubleshooting errors that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have a functional configuration background ideally in Unit4, with experience and knowledge of transactional, finance and/or payroll processes, as well as experience of configuration management and testing.

Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge of Unit4 application or similar systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret and present data in a meaningful way.
  • Proven experience of analysing and documenting complex business processes and configuration management.

This is a hybrid post which means working in a modern office environment as well as the opportunity to work from home where suitable.

About the Role

This role would suit someone with IT experience in ERP applications and knowledge of Microsoft Office. In this role, you will be part of a functional support team co-ordinating the completion of a range of sys admin responsibilities as well as daily activities relating to support desk and issue resolution.
