About the Role

This permanent, full-time position offers a salary of £26,250 per annum, with a company car provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting monthly inspections of properties to ensure compliance with the Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC).

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of accommodation.
  • Oversee onboarding and withdrawal of properties as per Local Operating Procedures.
  • Perform minor property repairs within trained scope and provided toolkit.
  • Manage customer complaints and support issue resolution.
  • Participate in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 service availability.
  • Possess a valid UK driving licence and be willing to travel between properties.
