Job Title: Carpenter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Specialist to join our team at R9 Recruitment.

About the Role:

  • This is a temporary to permanent position based in Ellesmere Port.
  • The successful candidate will be conducting reactive maintenance work within the social housing sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting 1st fix and 2nd fix work as part of our reactive maintenance service.
  2. Maintaining high-quality standards across all projects.
  3. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

  • NVQ qualification in Carpentry or a related field.
  • Experience working in the social housing sector.
  • Full UK manual driving license.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Location:

Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.

Estimated salary range for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
