Recruit4Staff is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join their team in Ellesmere, Shropshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team and Dealers with order processing, providing product quotations, and assisting with pricing and margin control.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Sales Admin role, excellent customer service skills, and good IT skills. SAP experience is a plus. The Sales Administrator will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for progress-chasing, acting as a FSCM dispute processor, and creating SAP vendor/customer/part number.

The role offers a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, Monday-Thursday 8:45am-5pm and Fridays 8:45am-4:30pm, and a modern office-based facility. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for preparing and sending order acknowledgments to customers, observing all safety procedures, and assisting in maintaining a safe working environment.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience in a Sales Admin role or similar
  • Demonstratable experience of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills
  • SAP experience (preferred)
