Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the front line activities of the Operations department
- Liaise with customers and internal sales teams to ensure a consistently high level of service
- Process orders, quotations, and other commercial documents
- Assist with pricing and margin control, as well as administration of Individual Vehicle Agreements
- Prepare and send order acknowledgements to customers
- Chase progress and resolve disputes
- Act as a FSCM dispute processor and SAP vendor/customer/part number creator
- Purchase and invoice goods and services
- Maintain a safe working environment and report any accidents or hazards to the line manager or Health and Safety
Requirements:
- GCSE Level
- Proven experience in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced commercial environment
- SAP system knowledge is desirable but not essential
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and operate with minimal supervision
- Good team player with flexibility regarding tasks performed
- Travel may be required to other sites
