Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our manufacturing department, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency in production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule production activities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to manufacturing processes, inventory, and production reports
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in the manufacturing process
• Monitor and track production metrics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential
• Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word, Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads efficiently
