Administrative Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing complex data entry processing with accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with internal teams and service providers to ensure seamless communication and task management.
Key Tasks:
* Complete all areas of registrations accurately and efficiently
* Issue bespoke communications to customers as required
* Respond to complex queries with detailed and accurate answers
* Liaise with suppliers to negotiate the return of work within agreed service levels
* Maintain the task management system up-to-date at all times
* Ensure service level agreements are met by following correct procedures
* Keep logs updated for review in monthly management information packs
Requirements:
* Flexible working approach to provide support to other team members
* Willingness to undertake training to ensure current processes are followed
