Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the expansion of our LEGO Insiders Membership programme. As a key member of our Market & Channels Global Marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and achieving our ambitious membership expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand membership and forge strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Lead operational projects to support achieving membership targets, commercial results, and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and spearhead transformative projects.
  • Provide project support for operationalizing membership expansion, including organisational readiness, communication support, and expansion roadmap management.
  • Support the development of a scalable operating model, partner support model, and partner service level agreements in alignment with Global Framework Agreements.
  • Support the onboarding of new partners into the membership expansion program and ongoing operational support to existing partners.
  • Provide project and operational support on partner engagement, governance, and partnership communications to secure commitment and prioritization.
  • Support the tracking of KPIs, reporting, and compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading top-tier membership/loyalty expansion projects and operational support.
  • Expertise in developing service level and partnership agreements to strengthen membership offerings and drive business growth.
  • Proven track record managing cross-functional projects for customer loyalty, experience, and offerings.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, offering straightforward recommendations based on solid analysis.
  • Positive, solution-oriented, and collaborative teammate with the autonomy to lead and provide clear direction.
