About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Membership Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and qualify new business leads to approach about membership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director and Account Manager to prioritize targets and develop focused sales approaches.
  • Prepare and send targeted letters and email approaches to secure sales meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Follow up written approaches via phone calls to persuade senior stakeholders to meet with our Commercial Director.
  • Research corporate websites, industry publications, and other relevant sources to prepare sales meeting briefings and proposals.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve team sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain and optimize the use of CRM data to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development and lead generation, preferably in a membership organization.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information and actions from group meetings.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Proactive approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
