Job Description

**Membership Assistant Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Membership Team as a Membership Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the end-to-end membership journey for new and renewing members.

Main Responsibilities
  • Membership Operations: Process membership applications and fees, maintain our CRM system, and ensure accurate financial reconciliation.
  • Membership Renewals: Deliver the annual renewal process to maximize member retention, including collection and processing of income, concessionary fees, and outbound calling.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent support to existing and potential new members, responding to written and telephone enquiries, and managing inboxes.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our Membership database using Microsoft Dynamics.
Essential Skills
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills, able to communicate with members and stakeholders in a professional and effective manner.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in processing membership applications and fees.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively, while working on own initiative.
  • IT Skills: Good IT skills, including experience of using databases/CRM systems.
