Sales Talent Connect: Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Sales Talent Connect. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with our extensive database of potential clients, converting conversations into meaningful actions, and helping charities maximize their resources through better utility solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Perform outbound calls to gauge client needs, articulate our unique selling points, and handle objections effectively.
- Make a significant number of calls per day to achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate and manage a personal pipeline, meeting and exceeding KPIs through strategic actions.
- Foster enduring relationships that build trust and encourage repeat engagements.
- You are a relationship-builder, confident in your ability to communicate effectively.
- You are independent, adept at managing your own workflow, and thrive under pressure.
- You are a natural at negotiation, with a knack for prioritizing tasks.
- You are a team player, resilient, ambitious, and relentlessly driven towards targets.
- A competitive starting salary of £22,776 - £25,000 (dependent on experience).
- A 5% salary increase every year, with a 8% increase in line with inflation.
