Sales Executive

At BMS Tech Sales, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the sale of digital transformation solutions, agile software development, and other related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, delivery, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' business needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 4-10 years of experience in selling SaaS or IT services to enterprise and mid-market organizations.
- Strong understanding of financial solutions and their application in the enterprise market.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
