Sales Executive

Blue Moon Estate Sales of Lexington and Louisville is a dynamic and innovative company where we have a passion for integrity, luxury, and giving our customers a quality experience. We are seeking a talented and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing multicultural sales strategies, particularly focusing on international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multicultural sales strategies to drive international market growth.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities, particularly in the Middle East and Eastern Europe.
- Research markets for new products, demands, and trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Strengthen ties with existing international customers and establish relationships with new partners.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company at sales/trade events to showcase products/services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field and/or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on international markets.
- Strong understanding of multicultural sales strategies and global business dynamics.
- Excellent research skills to identify market trends, demands, and opportunities.
- Collaboration skills to work closely with the marketing team.
- Effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Willingness to represent the company at sales/trade events.
- Language proficiency in addition to English.
