Exciting Opportunity for a Business Development Executive

Field Sales Solutions, a leading field marketing company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Ferrero Cash & Carry team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Wholesalers through building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities to increase brand presence and optimize sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in Wholesalers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers to gain greater visibility, display, and availability of our clients' brand portfolio
  • Use sales data to approach key decision makers and effectively engage and influence areas such as listings and orders
  • Identify new opportunities in depot to increase brand presence and optimize sales
  • Grow sales of Ferrero products within your own geographical area and the depots within it

Requirements:

  • Possess a passion for sales and a strong advocate of the Ferrero Brand portfolio
  • Have business development skills or previous sales experience
  • Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Be able to think strategically and analyze data
  • Have a proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen
