Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Sales Talent Connect. In this role, you will utilize your sales expertise to uncover opportunities, negotiate agreements, and surpass revenue goals.


Compensation:
  • £30,000 base salary with uncapped commission potential.
  • Commission structure: 10% on revenue exceeding £5,000, 13% on revenue over £15,000, with additional tiers for higher earnings.

Location: Flexible working arrangements available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage B2B data to identify prospective clients and ascertain supplier details and contract expiration dates.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, effectively presenting our offerings and negotiating terms.
  • Drive revenue growth by securing contracts and consistently exceeding sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and enhance sales initiatives.
  • Maintain precise records of sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system.

Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Experience in utilities or B2B cold calling is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven sales acumen with a history of surpassing targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
