About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team at Sales Talent Connect Limited. As a dynamic and ambitious individual, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the charity sector by helping non-profit organizations maximize their resources through better utility solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with our expansive database of potential charity clients through outbound calls, articulating our unique selling points and handling objections with confidence.
  • Make between 50-60 calls per day, cultivating and managing a personal pipeline to meet and exceed KPIs through strategic actions.
  • Foster enduring relationships that build trust and encourage repeat engagements with our clients.
