Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the customer experience team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of the client experience framework within QFP, using third party supplier Vouched For's Elevate platform.
The successful candidate will support in the analysis and reporting on large amounts of data to identify patterns, trends, and critically, insights. You will be expected to work closely with the lead analyst to deliver detailed client base insight and maximise additional revenue opportunities.
In addition to your analytical skills, you will also have strong communication skills and be comfortable supporting financial advisers in using the Elevate system from a start-up and ongoing maintenance perspective.
The salary for this role is approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
