Customer Experience Lead

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our organisation on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and enhance the overall customer experience
- Implement customer-centric strategies and initiatives
- Identify areas for improvement and refine processes to drive growth in brand reputation
- Manage customer satisfaction and leverage data insights to inform engagement strategies
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to effectively interact with customers
- Customer service NVQ - Levels 1-4
- Prior experience in healthcare or medical sectors is advantageous but not essential
Estimated Salary: £47,500 - £62,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
