Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Implement customer-centric strategies and initiatives
  • Identify areas for improvement and refine processes to drive growth in brand reputation
  • Manage customer satisfaction and leverage data insights to inform engagement strategies
Job Requirements:
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to effectively interact with customers
  • Customer service NVQ - Levels 1-4
  • Prior experience in healthcare or medical sectors is advantageous but not essential

Estimated Salary: £47,500 - £62,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
