Job Title: Area Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Operations Manager to join our team at Cameron Pink. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse team of professionals in operations, sales, and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the activities of the BDM, Client, and Operational Teams, ensuring they meet their performance objectives.
  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings with Branch Sales Representatives to provide guidance and share market information.
  • Oversee the management of branch budgets and profit and loss accounts, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Act as a key account manager for National accounts, attending sales meetings with Business Development Managers and implementing strategic business approaches.
  • Develop and implement a Branch Strategic Planning Process, driving sales growth and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain existing accounts and increase sales of all products, achieving branch objectives through effective team management and sales strategies.
  • Recruit, select, train, and develop employees in your Branch, ensuring they meet their job expectations and contribute to the team's success.
  • Communicate job expectations, monitor, and review the job contributions of all staff within your Branch, ensuring they meet their performance objectives.
  • Contribute to strategic plans by providing branch sales information and recommendations, ensuring alignment with National action plans.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
