Head of Sales and Business Development

The Head of Sales and Business Development will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and growth of the Howden Turbo steam turbine business. This will involve developing and implementing sales plans to achieve targets and expand the company's presence in existing and new markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in the engineering and manufacturing sector. They will be able to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and have a deep understanding of the market and its trends.
The role will also involve working closely with the engineering and product development teams to ensure that the company's products meet the needs of its customers. This will involve identifying opportunities for product development and innovation, and working with the teams to bring these to market.
Key Responsibilities
