Head of Sales and Business Development

About the Role:
The Head of Sales and Business Development will be responsible for leading the sales and business development efforts of Chart Industries' rotating equipment products, including steam turbines. This role will focus on driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to develop new products and solutions
- Manage and optimize sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
- Represent Chart Industries at industry events and conferences
- Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- Proven sales and business development experience in the rotating equipment industry
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
