Our client, a leading new build developer in the UK, is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team in Peterborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to thrive in a fast-paced selling environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone. They will be proactive in their approach to property sales and have a strong track record of delivering results.

The role involves dealing with customers, booking appointments, conducting viewings, and maintaining communication throughout the sales process. Travel to various developments in the area is also required.

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Book initial appointments and conduct viewings at our developments.
  • Travel to all development sites in the area.
  • Follow up with customers after enquiries or viewings.
  • Maintain the show homes and marketing suite.
  • Communicate effectively with customers from reservation to completion.

We offer a competitive salary range of £26,000-£28,000 per annum, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their career in sales.
