Business Development Representative

The Vindis Group is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth and success. As a key member of the Sales Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maximising sales opportunities, and contributing to the company's overall revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities- Execute sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
As a Sales Executive at The Vindis Group, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from our Employee Car Scheme, Enhanced Parental Statutory Leave, Paid Birthday Leave, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
