Quest Employment is seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and establishing connections with key decision-makers at target companies, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to build relationships and maintain consistent communication with prospective customers.

About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for identifying and researching prospects, capturing and managing information on prospective clients, qualifying prospects based on criteria such as their needs, budget, and purchasing timeline, and nurturing qualified prospects by sharing relevant content and fostering a connection until they develop into an enquiry. You will also collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to refine strategies that enhance outreach efforts and increase engagement with new prospects.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent phone communication skills and industry knowledge in electronics or technical sales. You should be familiar with LinkedIn, Lusha, and CRM tools, and have a strong understanding of the sales process. Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and research prospects using LinkedIn, industry-specific platforms, exhibit lists, and other resources
  2. Capture and manage information on prospective clients, including contact details, decision-making roles, and power supply requirements
  3. Qualify prospects based on criteria such as their needs, budget, and purchasing timeline
  4. Nurture qualified prospects by sharing relevant content and fostering a connection until they develop into an enquiry
Requirements
