**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a customer database to target existing, lapsed, and prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Maximize sales opportunities by expanding orders and up selling where possible.
- Build strong relationships with existing customer accounts and support day-to-day enquiries.
- General administration, updating the database, and liaising with internal teams.
**Requirements**
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a product-based environment.
- Understanding of the sales process.
