The Opportunity

As M&A Project Manager, you will play a vital role in driving our strategic direction and growth. You will lead project management activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring timely delivery and maximising value.

  • Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for M&A activities
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather information for analysis and due diligence
  • Communicating with all parties, including the executive team
  • Creating presentations and reports to accurately depict progress, risks, and potential issues
  • Facilitating regular project check-ins to maintain alignment and address challenges
  • Partnering with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and accurate reporting on financial impacts
  • Overseeing the execution of integration plans, focusing on people, processes, and technology
