The RoleAs M&A Project Manager, you will drive our organisation's strategic growth by leading project management activities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets for M&A activities
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to obtain necessary information for analysis and due diligence
- Maintaining open communication with all parties, including the executive team
- Crafting compelling presentations and reports to illustrate project progress, risks, and potential challenges
- Facilitating regular project check-ins to ensure alignment and address any emerging challenges
- Collaborating with finance and legal teams to guarantee compliance and accurate financial reporting
- Oversight of integration plan execution, focusing on people, processes, and technology
- You excel in project management, with expertise in relevant tools and software
- You possess strong analytical and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- You are an effective communicator, adept at presenting complex information to diverse audiences
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting to changing priorities and adjusting project plans accordingly
We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000-£110,000, plus bonus, 25 days' annual leave + local bank holidays, and additional benefits.
