Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Team Administrator to join our Customer Services team. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide vital support to our customer-facing services, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and email, responding to a high volume of inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks, including managing multiple inboxes, downloading reports, and actioning follow-up tasks.
  • Liaise with surveyors for inspection orders, create purchase order numbers, and update housing management systems.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional results, demonstrating a proactive and can-do attitude.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service, preferably within a charity or housing organization.
  • Highly organized, personable, and an excellent communicator with a proven ability to work proactively.
  • Reliable, committed, and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Highly IT literate and proficient in using various software applications.
What We Offer

A competitive hourly rate of circa £15.72 per hour, with the opportunity to progress to a permanent position for the right candidate. This is a part-time role, working 3 days per week, with free parking and a fantastic team environment.
