We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Lead Administrator to join our Health Tech business unit at TTP. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to our Business Unit Leader and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Business Unit Leader, including diary management, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Organize events, such as staff parties and client seminars.
- Prepare board meeting materials and minutes.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Complete monthly accounts data gathering and reviewing to ensure accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative systems and processes.
- Support and lead our Health Tech administrative team, including coaching and training.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative experience, ideally with some previous managerial responsibility.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience supporting senior leadership, with EA responsibilities being a plus.
- A desire to lead, inspire, and grow a team while staying hands-on with daily tasks.
