As a key member of our Health Tech business unit, you'll work closely with our Business Unit Lead to provide high-level administrative support, including diary management, meetings, and travel arrangements. You'll also oversee a small team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and identifying opportunities to improve administrative systems and processes.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to the Business Unit Leader, including diary management, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Organizing events, preparing board meeting materials and minutes, and completing monthly accounts data gathering and reviewing.
  • Preparing reports and presentations, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve administrative systems and processes.
  • Supporting and leading our Health Tech administrative team, including coaching and training.

Requirements

We're seeking candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Strong administrative experience, ideally with some previous managerial responsibility.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership, with EA responsibilities being a plus.
  • A desire to lead, inspire, and grow a team while staying hands-on with daily tasks.
