Job Summary

The medical haematology team at CUH seeks a motivated and hardworking Administrative Professional to join their small administrative team. This role will provide comprehensive secretarial and PA support to clinical members within the specialty, including coordinating meetings, clinic preparation, and patient interactions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide diary management, coordinate and arrange meetings, and minute taking for clinical teams.
  • Carry out complex administrative tasks specific to work, such as checking and updating patient information on EPIC.
  • Coordinate appointments, transport requests, and regional referrals in line with Trust processes.
  • Manage data returns to NHSE/NHSBT and update national databases with patient information.
  • Typing and generating letters using various methods, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
