Haematology Pharmacist Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Haematology Pharmacist Specialist to join our team at GenesisCare UK. As a specialist in haematology pharmacy, you will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical services and leading all pharmacy clinical services for the care of haematology and oncology patients receiving treatment in our state-of-the-art cancer care centre.
Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive clinical pharmacy and medicine management services for oncology and haematology patients.
- Provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters in oncology and haematology.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a pharmacist in a hospital setting.
- Specialist qualifications in haematology pharmacy or clinical pharmacy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
