This exciting role is an opportunity for an energetic, professional Team Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to the Corporate Relations, Communications, and Marketing team. Your role will provide the critical foundation for the team's operations, providing administrative assistance, project management support, and financial administration. You will have an external impact due to your management of a key institutional inbox. Responding to requests from high-value opportunities for multiple delegates and individuals. Your communication, and the level of efficiency you demonstrate in managing queries will reflect the way CISL conducts its business and the quality of service it provides.

Applicants must be committed to the values that underpin CISL's work and will be expected to demonstrate the following essential skills and experience: - Significant previous experience working as a Team Administrator in a commercial context. - Experience in developing/ reviewing administrative processes and systems. - Ability to meet the requirements of a dynamic and often complex workload, with changing priorities and many interruptions. - Highly competent in standard software packages, e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with CRM systems would be advantageous. - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills including written English and grammar skills. - Confident and proactive, able to work using own judgment and initiative to make decisions on behalf of the Team Operations Manager, and Team Directors. - Confident in financial administration and following standard project financial administration. - Demonstrable experience in project coordination, ensuring schedules, budgets, and details of a given task are well organised.
