An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Administratorin theAdult & Specialist Directorate toinitiallyprovide Admin support to the Project Co-ordinatoras part of the Community Mental Health Transformation team.
Once the project has rolled out the infrastructure for the new Stepped Care Model the administrator will then work to support two new exciting clinical roles within Cambridgeshire. We aim to recruit two senior nurses who are non medical prescribers to work across primary care, the Primary Care Mental Health Team and secondary care. They will require their own dedicated administrator to help them manage their complex liaison and clinical schedules.

**Duties will include**:
**Project support**: maintaining/updating waiting lists, caseload management, taking and typing of minutes, managing treatment groups and other general administrative duties.
**Working within Adult Mental Health Team**: Supporting Senior Nurse NMPs with clinical letters, making appointments, dealing with calls from patients, carers and other healthcare professionals.
The post holder will be required to provide a comprehensive administrative service supporting the existing team administrators as well as a range of clinical staff.
We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills including strong IT and knowledge of Teams. You will also have excellent communication skills, including experience of dealing with difficult and sometimes upsetting calls and discussions. We have a large supportive team and require someone who has experience of working in a busy office / clinical setting.

The clinical teams are based in Cambridge, with this role being office based at Union House, Cambridge.

Word processing of all forms of correspondence, reports and summaries that are required by the team.
Undertake diary management for clinicians and/or managers, as required.
Organise clinics and associated appointments for clinics, using appropriate brought forward systems to manage work.
Provide operational support to colleagues, and supervision of Band 2 administration staff within the team, if required, as directed by Line Manager.
Deal with staff and service user requests that may be part of a cash office functions as and when required, and in accordance with Trust procedures.
Inputting and updating service user information and service user/team activity on computerised information systems, creating service user notes where necessary and according to policy.
Maintain filing in both paper and electronic records, ensuring that it is kept up to date at all times. In accordance with Trust procedures, track and receive notes in a timely manner.
Ensure good customer service by providing a professional and effective telephone service, taking accurate messages and providing information and signposting as requested and appropriate.
Undertake training of new staff as directed by Line Manager and/or other managers.
